Each plan covers preventive essentials tailored to different needs. The Child Complete plan (ages 13 and younger) includes 2 cleanings, 2 exams, 2 fluoride treatments, routine X-rays, and 1 emergency exam. The Adult Complete plan (ages 14 and older) adds a 3D digital scan. The Perio plan, available to all ages, focuses on periodontal maintenance with 3 perio maintenance visits plus the same exam, fluoride, X-ray, and emergency exam benefits.
Yes. Members save 20% on procedures completed at our practice, 10% on whitening services, and 10% on Invisalign. Adding family members to your plan also comes with a 5% subscription savings.
